Great boat. Great holiday. NOT suitable for beginners as advertised due to Canal & River Trust not maintaining mooring areas. Dangerous bank in Bradford on Avon, (compound) broken ankle stepping of of boat, cost us all our savings & wifes job! C&R Trust accept no liability whatsoever. Be warned, You are on your own.

6 of us and 2 dogs thoroughly enjoyed our day out on the Kennet and Avon Canal near Bradford on Avon. 7 hours of fun even if you are inexperienced. Friendly instruction given before you set off.

I would advise you to check on the opening times of any pub/restaurant you are hoping to visit on your holiday, Some establishments close earlier than you hope and stop doing food quite early.

We had a very good experience with this company. Easy online booking, smooth pick-up/drop-off, clear instructions, super friendly staff. One day the water pump broke, and a technician has fixed it within an hour of us reporting it. Only a few minor negatives: 1. Using the toilet was no joy, not a great system. 2. More attention should be paid to properly cleaning the boat.
