We had a family reunion here as there were over ten of us we reserved tables. We had food from the sandwich section. Very filling. Great beer and lovely setting next to the canal.

A fantastic evening with family was made so special by all the staff at Round Oak. From a friendly welcome to going the extra mile for an elderly ‘5yr old’ with his request for a child’s ice cream with lashings of chocolate sauce. Food was excellent quality and tasted great. Thoroughly recommend a visit. Perfect stop off on the canal on our way back to the wharf.

We love coming in here on a Wednesday afternoon after a walk along the canal. It caters for us all including being able to bring our dog in with us which is great. Jess and the team are always friendly and welcoming. We always enjoy any food we order, even the baby enjoys her little pot of chunky chips.
