We thought we’d give this tour company a try having already taken some visiting friends on the other narrow boat tour.
Disappointed. They were late and we couldn’t even tell if tour was running. Pricier than other company, recorded (and not very informative or exciting like the other company’s tour) commentary which kept cutting out… and worst of all we couldn’t see a thing through the window due to condensation… a quick squeegy before departure probably would’ve done the trick. This was a sight-seeing tour where not much could be seen.
At least we got a hot drink (not available on other tour) and the guys seemed friendly enough.
Three stars is generous but I think it’s better the other company doesn’t monopolise the canal tour… competition is good, these guy just need to fix up.

Truly enjoyable experience. Staff are very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Not to be missed if you’re in Bham and don’t worry if the weather isn’t great – you won’t notice as there’ll be plenty to see during the trip.

A good trip along the canal which lasts about 65 minutes. There is a recorded commentary which gives some good information about Birmingham. There are also refreshments and a toilet on board.

Something happened to the boat so we waited for it to be fixed but the experience was nice. Audio guide and beautiful scenes around the Canal during the trip. Definitely recommend it to people who like Peaky Blinders and history of Birmingham/Wolverhampton etc 😉
