Never been out solo before. Piece of cake. 4 nights. Absolutely magic. I burned a tea towel broke the umbrella and smashed a window by falling into it!! I offered to pay for damages and they refused. Wow!!! Great company!!

Everything from booking to instructions and return was 100%. Will go again. They have a great position to go in many directions so another trip is on the cards!! The whole trip will be on YouTube RED FOX CONGLOMERATE!!

Well equipped and maintained Narrowboats. Also a lot of room for storage, big battery bank and large holding tanks. We cruised on Laughton and she was a nice lady to celebrate our holiday on. The people from UCC are friendly and helpful.

We booked a Narrow boat last minute on the day the lady on the phone was fabulous she said it would be ready for us when we got there and as she said it was she explained it all to us as it was our first time she was very friendly along with the gentleman we had our 3 year old son with us and he found truck in the office he started to play with and the lady said to him you want to take that on the boat with you and he was very happy with that she and the gentlemen then explained everything to us and explained the route with a map given also told us where the shop was to get some milk for tea and they kindly gave us some tea bags the boat itself was well equipped with all essentials for a day trip kettle cups loo roll in the toilet etc great boat ride down to the folly pub and back a good 6 hours in the lovely weather overall the experience with the staff here and the location was excellent highly recommend

Excellent hire boats, having just spent two weeks on Wenlock I can say this was a very well equipped and maintained narrow boat. The back up service from Heather and the company can not be faulted. The company is ideally located for touring both north and south on the Grand Union, and Oxford canals. Well done to the company, owners and, staff.

My favourite hire boat boatyard. Boats are spotlessly clean, staff are all lovely and helpful. Relaxed way of dealing with customers. Everything on the boats works properly. Boats handle really well.
