A marvellous place to come and visit, there’s plenty to see and do, there’s available parking along the canal, with just a short walk to the Marina and Canalside Heritage Centre and another short walk to the Attenborough Nature Reserve, an absolutely fantastic way to spend the day…

Lots of wildlife to see… Plenty of resting places to relax and take a breather… Walking or running is ideal as it’s flat terrain all the way around the Marina and Nature Reserve…

I’m going to start coming here more on a regular basis…

Whatever the weather it’s a great way to spend time with family and friends… Bring your kids, they’ll love it…

Enjoy!!

Great marina and services. With a bar, shop cafe and chandlers, all local. Well behaved Dogs clearly welcome.

It’s a great stop over when walking across from Trent lock to town.

Have been coming here for many years and had many great happy memories. Just chill and watch the world go by.

Has a great local buzz vibe.

Highly recommended.

I absolutely love this place, very scenic, on a nice summer day it’s even better. I would definitely recommend this place if you like to chill in some natural open air, like a marina, like seeing boats and just sitting and enjoying some fresh air and even visit the cafe and grab a hot chocolate. Brought my sister as her first time visitor and she loved it too ❤️
