Guide To Seagull Trust Cruises

An amazing charity organisation taking small groups of disabled people for trips along the canal. Tea, coffee and biscuits served free by the volunteers onboard. A small waiting room, if the weather is not so good, with lots of very interesting photos from over the years.

There is a toilet in the waiting room plus one on each boat. They also sell souvenirs onboard the boats to remind you of your trip.

We had an enjoyable afternoon trip along the canal. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The staff are absolutely wonderful! They’re very attentive, relaxed, and helpful. The views are stunning! Twice I’ve been on this now this year, and we thankfully had excellent weather. I highly recommend it!

Had a lovely cruise with 30 other scotmid members down the Union canal,with a lot of help and organisation from the seagull Trust,what a relaxing evening sndvthe weather was lovely,thanks again to everyone concerned

These guys really do great charity work. Fully accessible facilities on board. They are knowledgeable and friendly and make a lovely cuppa. We got on at Ratho and cruised up to the Aquaduct. My husband and I then chose to walk back to Ratho on the towpath which took about an hour. It was a very relaxing trip, thank you for letting us jump ship. We didn’t see the crocodile anywhere…
