Guide To Brinklow Marina

Some of the best bunch of people I’ve met apart from my own Marina. A real community feel.

All the facilities are clean and tidy. The showers and toilets are large with lots of space.

A beautiful and tranquil marina with a great community spirit. After spending 2 years CCing I decided to take a breather for a few months at Brinklow and it has literally felt like waking up on holiday each day. Shiam, Sonja and Dave are super accommodating and it’s super dog friendly which is perfect for me and my dog. Looking forward to coming back!

We spent two lovely nights at this top notch marina a couple of weeks ago as we explored the delights of the Oxford canal. Every member of staff we met were incredibly friendly and knowledgable, a credit to Aquavista!

We socialised with some permanent moorers over a drink or two and found them all to be so friendly and welcoming.

The facilities are awesome and the views quite stunning.

Something tells me that we will be visiting again rather soon!

Ps, the marina is really really dog friendly which was very important to us.

Sunny weather and the marina looked beautiful! Well maintained, great facilities, spotlessly clean and a welcoming, helpful community.

Shiam, talented artist and knowledgeable of the area, provided another handdrawn map for a 9 mile walk in the surrounding countryside. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and had the best day. Big thank you to Dave, who picked us up when we went a bit off piste.

We’ll be back and would definitely recommend.

Recently arrived at Brinklow as life has got in the way of our cruising plans this year and we needed a safe haven at very short notice for our boat as we haven’t had enough time to get her back to our home mooring.

Dave and his team have made us feel so welcome and reassured us that we can cross the boat off our list of worries ftb as we know she is being well looked after. Thanks so much to all of you.

Although our visit was, of necessity, very brief, the marina looks like a great place to be and we will hopefully get to see a bit more very soon.
