Boat was well maintained, staff were friendly and on good canals, we had a great holiday.

Fabulous holiday from Calcutt again – their yard is immaculate and lots of services available for the travelling boaters. Beautiful hire boats with dedicated and friendly staff. Dog friendly on board and definitely worth consideration if you’d like to hire a narrowboat

Very friendly staff and were able to have a look at our pump problem and didn’t charge the earth for doing so. Also chap on the wharf was very helpful when changing over our gas cylinder even tho they were busy sorting out their hire boats.

First time here was bit nervous travelled up solo from Oxford for blacking/anodes service.

Absolutely faultless service from initial enquiry last year , to this weeks lift and painting .

Spent a lovely 4 days cruising on Mint 2, returning 12/9/23. Party of 3 people and a dog.

The boat was clean and tidy and, once we were used to it, easy to drive.

The staff at Calcutt Boats were super friendly and gave us a thorough induction on how to use the boat, including helping us to plan our route and advice on where to moor up etc.

Would definitely recommend. Top company!!
