Guide To Broom Brundall Marina

We hired a boat a few years back from this company and had an amazing experience, we picked a very sunny weekend but loved every minute of it. The boat was clean really well maintained and despite small had everything we needed including oven shower, dining space and brilliant bedroom. Could recommend it more, the rear thrusters really helped for steering so despite being inexperienced it was great fun!

Hired from Brooms last week can’t fault them The guys were extremely helpful with any questions we had & also gave us excellent advice with the incoming Hurricane Amy 👌🏻Had an excellent last night meal at the White Heron Already booked for next year 😊

My husband and I had our first trip to the Broads with Broom boats – a fantastic experience. The boat was clean, really well equipped and perfect for the location. The staff were incredibly friendly and helped us with suggestions for route and pubs. It was a perfect four nights. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Just got back from a 4 night trip on the Broads using the Skipper 3 boat. It was brilliant. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We were taken out beforehand, shown how the boat works and given the opportunity to steer and moor before leaving out on our own. The boat was great. It had everything we needed, was comfy and we really enjoyed our first outing on the Norfolk Broads.

We will definitely go again and use Broom to hire from. Definitely recommend. We had a fabulous, relaxing 4 nights in beautiful surroundings.

The Norfolk Broads is beautiful. The Clean Sweep boat is nice but NOT the most luxurious boat on the broads, as advertised by Broom Boats.There was no toaster. The mattresses were as hard as bricks one of our group slept on the deck on a lilo instead of on the mattress. The towels were coarse and crispy. There is no sunbathing space on deck and no canopy for shade. There was black mould in the bathroom. When we complained the owner Victoria was incredible snarky to say the least and seemed to take personal offence at our legitimate criticisms. Victoria ultimately after much argument agreed to send a young member of staff with new towels, an iron, a toaster and additional bedding to act as an interim mattress. We wished we had hired a house on the broads to sleep in a little boat to sunbath on to enjoy the scenery.
