Lovely place to visit, when doing my BSS work. always a pleasure to come everyone is friendly great for canal enthusiasts and historians

Very friendly boat yard who fixed diesel bug issue, found during a routine engine check. Extremely accomodating. It was a big job done very well. They obviously know what they’re talking about and had me up and out again within a few days of beginning the work. Would happily use and recommend them.

Also very reasonably priced diesel and coal. 👍

On finding some engine issues the marina were only too happy to help. All problems were diagnosed and all the work was carried out really well. At different stages things being done were clearly explained and completed. Really grateful they did this even without a prior booking. Thanks Peter.

Took a lovely walk with the family along. The ca al from Pooley Country Park to Alvecote Marina. Lovely walk with plenty of wildlife to see along the banks of the canal. Unfortunately the Samuel Barlow pub was closed so couldn’t sample their wares.
