We had a 3 night stop here over week end.
Access via lady Lane was OK. The entrance to the site gated and locked. (Given a gate key when checked in). 5 fully serviced pitches, 16amp EHU.
The entrance is a bit tight for long outfits but manageable (the same when leaving).
You overlook the carpark for the canal barge users, which isn’t a big deal, as it is a single row of vehicles then there is the canal. The marina is on the right of the pitches.
A wet room with toilet, a separate shower and 2 toilets, pot wash and communal point with log fire attached to reception and canal offices. A foot bridge gives you access to the canal foot path which is for exclusive use to residents of the site pitches and barges.
There’s a pub within walking distance, supermarkets and other type shops within a short drive.
Some road noise from Lady Lane, but it did not disturb us.

Lovely little CL site. We are here for a few days and have had some lovely canal walks to little village one way and pub the other. Very quiet site. Ian the warden is a perfect gentleman. Very welcoming, knowledgeable about the area and keeps the place very tidy and presentable. A definite regular return site.

What a super amenity. We absolutely loved our 7 day break on their CAMC 5 pitch site. It was so wonderful watching the barges on the canal, and of course Lady Lane caters to their needs too. Ian & Phil who manage the site are delightful and obviously take great pride in the site. All the narrowboat residents are friendly and welcoming. The communal areas are well kept and some of the best appointed we’ve used. I particularly liked the outdoors fireplace where you were welcome to congregate.
Walking distance to some really nice pubs too.
Will definitely return at some point.
Thank you Ian & Phil for making our stay so marvellous 😀

Stayed for 1 night recently whilst visiting Kenilworth Castle. Lovely pitches with EHU and also the use of toilets and a shower close by. We had a good nights sleep here and felt very safe as the gates are kept locked at all times, you are given a key to get in and out as required. Would highly recommend this site.

A gorgeous and tranquil facility.
Very well looked after and plenty of amenities for those mooring at the facility.
