Excellent canal boat trip with afternoon tea. This was boxed up individually and various drink options. Knowledgeable boatman. Restful afternoon.

This is a lovely way to spend 30 mins or you can book afternoon tea or hen parties etc. For a simple 30 min tour, you pay £6 and you can take your dog on board. You get an informative commentary from your Captain as you relax on board. It is well worth doing if you’re in the town. It’s a 5 min walk from the Cathedral.

I accompanied some older ladies today for an hours trip on the boat. It was very enjoyable and relaxing way to spend some time. The owner was very knowledgable and kind.

I really enjoyed my visit to Ripon canal with a friend and dog! John was very kind, welcoming and knowledgeable and the cruise was gentle and calming. Listening to the history of the canal and seeing the beautiful wildlife in the area was soothing to the soul. Great value and highly recommended for something a little different!
