Guide To Fish and Duck Marina

Only decided to hire a boat on Tuesday 1st July as a Birthday surprise, and I was lucky there was still a boat to hire yesterday 5th July. Very quick response to my email, staff friendly, showed us how to operate the boat, can’t fault the service. Thank you we had a great day on the river. We will be back.

We had an absolute blast! Houseboating on Sprout is a must do for your summer plans. The staff went over and above to meet our needs. They even offered a water taxi service when we had guest arrive at a later date, they even brought us ice while they were at it. The boat was well equipped with kitchen utensils and dishes and the hot tub was ready to go. You guys Rock! Gary, Tamara and team, thank you for such a fantastic time.

Our group of 13 had the most amazing weekend celebrating a birthday on Sproat Lake! The houseboat could not have been better – it was so comfortable and spacious. We loved the hot tub on the top deck and used it every day! The kitchen had a gas stove which was a huge win and all of the appliances were new and worked great.

Gary & his staff were incredibly helpful and responsive if we needed anything! We booked a speedboat for one of the days and Jamie, our driver, was the best! We had so much fun on the water that day!

The weekend was perfect and I truly can’t wait to do it again! Would recommend this to absolutely anyone on the island or coastal mainland who wants to stay in a houseboat.
