Guide To Westview Marina

Came to look at a boat on Saturday. Westview Marina was recommended by a good friend. We were “greeted” by a very aggressive skinny guy who jumped out in the road and demanded to know the name of our boat. If he had let me speak I would have asked to see the boats for sale but he was clearly on something. Not sure if he actually works at the marina or he just escaped from the local nuthouse.

We have moored at Westveiw for the last 6 years and we love it, very helpful and friendly people. The marina is on a slightly tidal section but it does provide good protection for the boats and all are on floating pontoons. It does flood during the winter and can sometimes be short of water in summer so, you sometimes have to wait for high tide. All moorings have access to water and electricity,

Every time we have visited Westview Marina everybody has always been very pleasant, helpfull,and willing, nothing seems to much trouble,good boat facilities and lift out for boat work. Strongly recommended marina to use.
