In a short time, The Bank Coffee House has become a community hub and a popular meeting place for cyclists and walkers. They serve speciality Dark Woods coffee, which is carefully crafted in the heart of the Yorkshire Moors using the finest grade Arabica beans sourced from family estates across the Tropics.

The café takes pride in its commitment to supporting local businesses. Most of the food served is locally sourced, including jams and cakes made in the village, as well as bacon and sausages from Coates Butchers just across the road. Dressings and crisps are sourced from Just Crisps in Hill Ridware.

Visitors appreciate not only the quality of the food and beverages—which include everything from full English breakfasts to homemade quiches and speciality lattes—but also the café’s dog-friendly policy. They even provide treats for furry companions, including puppy ice cream.

Whether enjoying the cosy interior or meeting friends for a delicious breakfast sandwich, The Bank Coffee House offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, and it has earned a reputation as one of Burton upon Trent’s favourite quick-bite destinations.

Fantastic little local gem off A38 north bound.

The location was easy to find and plenty of street parking. The service was fantastic and as was the coffee/hot chocolate with seating available inside in a cozy cottage style or outside on a sunny day.

I would recommend anyone passing by on A38 to stop by and support a local business.
