Guide To Aylesbury Circus Field Marina

Well, what a day. My wife and I booked the Catalina boat for the day and along with our 2 dogs (and 3 children after school!) and we had an absolutely lovely day. Andrew was great at showing us the ropes and also accompanying us to the first lock, to show us what to do. After that, off we went for a few hours up towards Wilstone, up a few locks then we turned around and came back. Can’t speak highly enough of the attention to detail from Aylesbury Canal Society and also just how knowledgable and helpful Andrew was. Thank you, and we’d love to come back some time 😊

Brilliant canal boat hire – we took Catalina out for the day and had a fab time. The boat was perfect size for amateurs, well stocked and easy to use. Richard at ACS gave us a thorough briefing and helped with the first lock too, which was really kind.

Highly recommended for a different and fun day out!

Top bunch of folks. Friendly, helpful, free visitor moorings. Best slipway this side of the black stump and a top notch wet dock, both available for DIY.

Also run a super little self-drive day hire boat.

Pulled up at the facility to do work on a canal boat the place is amazing it has the best purpose built building well thought out.it has its own friendly community and makes you feel welcome. Andrew and richard very helpful and experienced and hope one day to return to do work again
