Dad is building a boat currently so is a good place to have it on land and get to work! Water, electric and toilet facilties on site.

Been there for about 18 months, came down to the boat very recently to discover both boat poles missing .
When I mentioned it in the office there was immediate concern.
To cut the story short, contractors are on site dredging ( CRT please note), a search was done and lo and behold our poles had been “ borrowed and left in the grass, once found returned immediately.
This is not customer service, this is customer CARE
Well done and thank you!

I have not had a good experience. From arriving with my boat at the arranged time to be told, why have you turned up we didn’t know you where coming. To be quoted a price for work, then once started (4 months later) given a price almost three times higher saying they needed to do more work but only after taking the engine out a stripping the engine bay. Then final bill higher than the second quote by another grand. Then I take boat away and get charged again for a call out to come and fix issues they caused and to top it off they cut all of the electrics when removing a wooden bulkhead so they could weld in the area behind it and I now am struggling to get it all connected again. No water/shore power/12v/inverter/back burner disconnected. I have to start again.
and all for a price of over £9700 all in costs including marina fees. Please go somewhere else. There is only one lad doing the welding work and another helping, they are good lads but under pressure to get the work done.
I have spoken to another customer of Debdale and they had their boat blacked by Debdale and they returned their boat into the water too soon and the blacking has come off again.

Their welder mended our broken swans neck in half an hour, allowing our taxi to wait and take us back to our boat . Many thanks!

Friendly ‘oasis’ after long canal journey. Not easy access, but welcoming and had what we needed. Recommended
