I’ve just finished having my boat blacked at Swallow Cruisers. I honestly couldn’t think of one thing they could improve on. They’re friendly, experienced and very knowledgeable. Before I went, a dodgy alternator was causing starting issues. Dan immediately sent out a great guy called Andy who identified the problem and did a quick fix to get me to the boatyard. Whilst I was there I encountered another electrical problem and they just jumped onto it without batting an eyelid, even though that wasn’t what I was there for. Having spent three weeks there I’ll miss the place and the people. It really felt like I was “coming home” after a day’s work. I’m new to boating and Dan with his staff Lou and Noel have taken time to explain and show me things I’d never have been able to figure out for myself Absolutely top-notch,service at great prices.
