Friendly staff, quick service. Pumpout machine hose looking a little worse for ware, with sections of it squirting out tiny amounts, but it did the job.

Easy to access. Great opening hours.

Second visit not as great as the first. Pumpout machine frozen and staff not very helpful in troubleshooting alternatives. I realise it’s not their fault that it’s frozen but a little empathy and help with ideas doesn’t hurt anyone.

Updating review again: it was hit and miss if it would be someone nice or someone rude when we were here a few times a year ago.

Most recent visit was really good. Helpful staff, kind smiling faces around, good service, prices reasonable.

Called in for fuel & water. Both are on the canal so really easy to access. Helpful lady & let us use the elsan for free. Not the nicest – but at the end of the day, it’s a toilet!

Would recommend 😁

Had to have our sons boat craned out.

We could not of asked for anything better.
